uncle-z studio ("uncle-z", "we", "us") is an independent product studio operated by Zaid Yasyaf in Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect across uncle-z.com and the products we ship, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

The marketing site is mostly static HTML. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on it today. If that changes, this section updates first.
hello@uncle-z.com or book a service through book.uncle-z.com.Each product has its own scope (a POS app, a SaaS, a developer tool). What that specific product collects is documented inside the product. This page covers the umbrella; product-specific privacy notes live with the product.
Payments flow through licensed payment service providers (PSPs) — currently DOKU and NICEPAY for Indonesian rails (QRIS, Virtual Account), and Paddle / PayPal for international cards. The PSPs handle card data directly. We never see, store, or transmit your full card number.
We do receive and store: payment amount, currency, payment method (e.g. "QRIS"), the buyer's email, the PSP's transaction reference, and any metadata our products attach (e.g. an order number). This is the minimum needed to issue receipts, support refunds, and reconcile our books.
Operational data lives in databases we run on servers in Singapore (closest cloud region for Indonesian latency). Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region. Some data flows transit international PSP networks (Paddle, PayPal) — this is documented in the relevant PSP's own privacy policy.

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes meaningfully, we update the date at the top and post a note in the relevant product. If a change is material (e.g. new categories of data collected), we notify affected users by email.
