These terms govern the relationship between you and uncle-z studio (operated by Zaid Yasyaf in Indonesia, "uncle-z", "we", "us") when you use uncle-z.com, hire us through book.uncle-z.com, or use one of our products. By using any of these you agree to these terms.
uncle-z studio is an independent product studio. Today it operates as an Indonesian individual seller (Zaid Yasyaf). We may incorporate as a formal entity (CV / PT) in the future; if that happens, these terms transfer to the new entity and we will tell you in writing.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by credential compromise on your end. Tell us as soon as you spot something — email hello@uncle-z.com.

We may suspend access if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are doing any of the above.
Where a product or service has a price, you agree to pay it. Payments flow through licensed PSPs — see our Privacy Policy for which ones. Prices are quoted in IDR or USD as shown at checkout; the buyer's chosen currency is also the charge currency.
For our productized services on book.uncle-z.com, the booking email is the authoritative scope. Out-of-scope work is a separate engagement with a separate price.
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service. See our Refund Policy for the umbrella rules; specific products may have additional terms inside the product.
We own everything we make until ownership is explicitly transferred (typically at the end of a paid engagement, governed by the booking email). You own your own content; you grant us the minimum license needed to host, display, and process it for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We aim for our SaaS products to be available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uptime or uninterrupted operation. We may take services offline for maintenance, upgrades, or incident response, and we'll do our best to notify in advance for planned work.
To the extent allowed by Indonesian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid uncle-z in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data outside what backups can recover, downstream business impact).
You may stop using our products at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, sections that should reasonably survive (payment obligations, IP ownership, limitation of liability) survive.
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top changes with the revision. For material changes (e.g. new restrictions on use, new fees), we'll notify affected users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tangerang, Banten, unless we and you agree otherwise in writing.
